The first 7-10 days are extremely crucial, as the cannabis clone is still a baby and very sensitive.
So we have put together this list tips to help ensure that your new plant grows to be a beautiful and healthy flower.
As soon as you get home your clone is ready to transplant in the grow medium of your choice.
Allow your plant to remain in Veg (Vegetative Cycle) over the next 2-3 weeks.
Growing indoor – Keep the plant under a low light.
Growing outdoor – No direct sunlight at this point.
Too much light too soon will shock the plant.
Ideal room temperate for a clone is 75 – 78 degrees.
Try not to touch or move the plant too often, leaving it alone and making sure the clone is fed is best.
The clone is transitioning to a teen and is still in Veg mode, the goal is to continue to allow the roots to grow strong. The #1 mistake people make is over feeding the plants, which can cause root rot and moldy end product.
Every grower has different feeding schedules and systems in place. It’s ultimately best to do what works for you.
Plants flowering times vary, but on average it will take 56-70 days for you plant to be ready for harvest.
We hope you have found these tips helpful, and enjoy growing cannabis as much as we do.
